AI automation agency
An AI automation agency that stays on after the build
We build the system.
Then we run it.
Monolith Agents is a Melbourne-based AI automation agency working with businesses across Australia and overseas. We take the repeated work around your enquiries, jobs and admin, build the systems that handle it and manage those systems once they are live. The core services are simple to start and quick to get live, and the engineering goes as deep as the job needs.
01The work
What an automation agency is actually for
Every business has work that repeats without variation. The same follow-up, the same chase, the same answer to the same question. It leaks into the week in pieces small enough to ignore and large enough to cost you real hours.
An automation agency works out which of that is worth handing to a system, builds it around how your business already runs and keeps it running properly afterwards. The measure we work to is simple. What does the change return against what it costs to build and run?
Some of what we find is worth doing. Some of it is better left exactly as it is, and we say so before you spend anything.
What you get
- A written plan: what to build, in what order and what each one returns
- A price before anything starts, with the build cost and the monthly cost to run
- Systems built around your business and the software you already use
- Somebody watching the system after launch and fixing what it gets wrong
02How it runs
From the first conversation to somebody managing it
The conversation
You talk us through a normal week. Nothing to prepare and no technical questions.
The map
We work out where the repeated effort sits and what it costs you in real terms.
The build
Priced in writing first. Then we build it, test it against real work and switch it on.
The running of it
We manage the system after launch. Rules change and prices change, and the system changes with them.
03Where it fits
One agency, four kinds of work
The agency covers the full picture. AI receptionists answer your calls, inbox and messages. AI agents for business take on whole jobs like follow-up and chasing. Business process automation connects the systems you already use so the routine runs itself. Websites and custom systems cover the work that needs building from scratch.
The services page explains all five in detail. If you are comparing providers first, our guide to choosing an AI automation agency covers the questions worth asking in the first meeting.
04Questions
The questions people ask first
Every project is quoted in writing before work begins, with the build cost and the monthly cost to run it side by side. The price depends on how much the system has to know and how many places it has to work across. You see the numbers before you decide anything.
The core services are quick to get live. A first system is usually measured in weeks and the timeline comes with the quote in writing. Deeper engineering takes longer and you are told up front what it involves.
Rarely. Most of the work is connecting what you already run, so your records, calendars and quoting stay where they are. If something genuinely needs replacing we say so and show what it returns against what it costs.
We manage it. Rules change, prices change and the work drifts over time, and the system is adjusted as that happens. You get a record of what it handled and anything that needed a person.
